The East Antrim MLA said: “I wish to welcome this major investment. Hopefully this funding will result in more orders being placed with the company.
“This investment will let the company increase their expertise to meet the demand for their products. Research and development are important areas in which Northern Ireland must flourish, if we are to grow our economy. Schrader Electronics sets an excellent example for other companies in Northern Ireland.
“This is a major boost for the local economy, and more orders which may follow as a result of this investment will have a very positive knock-on effect in the region.”
