David Ford MLA said: “It is a real privilege that Enda Kenny has agreed to be guest speaker at our conference.
“We are particularly grateful to Enda given that a Dail election is not far away and as Leader of the Opposition he is obviously extremely busy at present.
“To have a potential future Taoiseach at conference is an honour. North-South co-operation is extremely important and it can help us deliver services more effectively and efficiently in future.
“Of course, Alliance already has very strong relations with Fine Gael and other parties in the Republic of Ireland. Enda’s visit on Saturday will enable us to further broaden these relations.”
