Kieran McCarthy MLA said: “For fifty years, Leukaemia and Lymphoma NI have supported research into these diseases and I am pleased to see this latest investment to find better therapies and treatments.
“By having a better understanding of how leukaemia and lymphoma develops, we will be able to provide better care for patients.
“It is good to see such a large investment in medical research in Northern Ireland. This is a growing sector and I hope that we will see more investments like this in the future.”
