Chris Lyttle MLA said: “Community Relations Week is an opportunity to highlight the good work being done throughout Northern Ireland to break down barriers and improve integration in our society. It is also a chance to highlight what more must be done by the First and deputy First Ministers to deliver a shared future.
“It is over a year since they launched the ‘Together: Building a United Community’ strategy, but little progress has been made on delivering the ten shared education campuses and the ten shared neighbourhoods. The promises they made to world leaders about progressing a shared future have not been met.
“I look forward to another successful Community Relations Week and would encourage the public to support and enjoy the upcoming events.”
