The Antrim Councillor said he believed the properties involved were not residential and praised the quick actions of the Fire and Rescue Service, Phoenix Gas and the PSNI in ensuring public safety.
Councillor Neil Kelly said: “I would like to praise the work of the authorities. Their quick action ensured public safety was not compromised.
“I believe that the properties involved were not residential. I am pleased that no one was hurt or injured in these explosions.”
