The fairs will take place in Newry, Londonderry, Ballymoney and Belfast between September 10 and October 21, with a wide range of vacancies available at each event. These will include opportunities in IT, hospitality, and the media and creative industries. Advice and guidance will also be available on a range of training and re-skilling opportunities.
Minister Farry said the fairs would have something for everyone.
“These events bring employers, organisations and jobseekers together under one roof. I would encourage anyone – whether in work, unemployed or simply considering their education and training options – to explore the services which will be available on each day.
“A range of support organisations, including my Department’s Careers Service and Employment Service, will also be present to provide individuals with information, advice and guidance on a range of training and employment schemes that can assist them progress towards work and better employment prospects.”
