“Alliance Councillor Karen Douglas has said she is “horrified” to hear a container of tablets was discovered by young children at the site of an eleventh night bonfire.
Speaking after the reports emerged she said those who carelessly dumped the tablets in the Bloomfield area should “have more thought” for the wider community.
Cllr Douglas added: “This is very concerning. I am thankful the situation did not escalate further, and note the drugs have since been disposed of safely.”
