The man died after the bicycle he was riding was in collision with a car on the Mahon Road, Portadown, on Thursday afternoon.
Councillor Conrad Dixon said: “I want to pass on my deepest condolences to the family and friends of the man who died today.
“It is devastating to hear about another death on our roads. This is a terrible tragedy and one that highlights the dangers of our roads and the importance of road safety.
“I would urge all those on the roads to be wary of other road users.”
