Macmillan Cancer Support’s ‘The World’s Biggest Coffee Morning’ was held through Northern Ireland today (Friday). With the aim to get as many people as possible together with friends and family, Mr Dickson attended two in his constituency.
“I was lucky enough to attend two events on Friday morning – one at Greenisland Primary School, where the Assembly Hall was packed with people supporting a great cause. Then I was also in the home of my constituents Alan and Liz Bell in Carrickfergus, which was full to bursting as friends and family came along to support this worthy of charities.
“One in three people will face cancer and the money raised at these events will help ensure nobody has to face cancer alone.”
