Alliance East Antrim MLA Stewart Dickson has expressed concern after four shots were fired at a house on Drumcrow Road in Glenarm in the early hours of Saturday. Three people were inside the house but were unhurt. A man has been arrested.
Stewart Dickson MLA said: “I am extremely concerned at the callous nature of this gun attack. This was a lucky escape for those inside the house at the time of the shooting. We could have been looking at several deaths or serious injuries.
“There is no place on our streets for guns; I could never see any justification for an attack like this.
“If anybody has any information about this shooting then I would urge them to contact the police.”
