Kieran McCarthy MLA stated: “I am angry at the failure of some DUP MLAs to get into the Assembly chamber in time to propose their motion.
“These events will have had a very negative impact on the credibility of the Assembly and the public will be annoyed to see the Assembly finishing far earlier than planned. People want delivery and hard work, not an Assembly that only does half a days work on a sitting day.
“I am also angry that so little Executive business is being produced. We need delivery and the public are losing patience with the Executive.”
