Cllr Yvonne Boyle said: “I was shocked to hear of this shooting. I am just glad that no one was injured in this crime.
“Whoever carried out this attack was putting lives at risk by firing a gun in a residential area.
“The people responsible for this incident are very dangerous individuals who are not adding anything to our society except to cause fear and violence.
“If anybody has any information about this shooting then I would urge them to contact the police.”
