Alliance MLAs sign Belfast Telegraph transfer talks petition

Alliance MLAs have signed the Belfast Telegraph petition calling for all party talks to solve the transfer chaos.

Alliance leader David Ford has written to all the party leaders stating his intention to enter talks.
