David Ford said: “Deloittes have finished their study on the cost of segregation. However OFMDFM are taking their time in publishing it. No more time can be wasted in tackling segregation. Already local people are missing out on one billion pounds every year, which could be spent on delivering better frontline services.
“OFMDFM have spent tens of thousands of pounds in getting Deloittes to conduct a study. OFMDFM must stop sitting on this report and should publish it now to enable us to set about ending division locally.”
