Cochrane urges the public to avoid Connswater fire

Alliance East Belfast MLA, Judith Cochrane, has urged the public to stay clear of a large fire at Carpetright in the Connswater retail park in Belfast.

Judith Cochrane MLA said “I would urge the public to avoid the area while the Fire Service brings this dangerous blaze under control.

“I would like to praise our brave firefighters who put their lives at risk on a daily basis to tackle incidents such as this fire.”
