Stephen Farry MLA said: “This is great news for the Northern Ireland economy and especially the local Portadown economy. This again shows that Northern Ireland has the means to become a world leader in renewable technology.
“These jobs will be highly skilled and they are the type we need create to grow our economy strongly and sustainably.
“Alliance has called for a commitment to invest in a Green New Deal and these jobs show how valuable this could be to our economy.”
