PEACE III funding was utilised to transform a derelict area of the site with involvement of young people to create attractive designer led legal graffiti.
Commenting on the project, Councillor Muir said: “By involving young people and exploring concepts of diversity and intolerance in a creative means we have been able to remove another unsightly area of Queens Parade.
“The derelict wall now reflects the positive and inclusive vision of the young people involved sending out another signal of hope.”
