Sean Neeson MLA said: “It is great news that such a large number of jobs will be created. It will be a major boost for the Northern Ireland economy during this extremely difficult time.
“The fact that a company such as Gem sees Northern Ireland as a good place to expand its business will hopefully encourage others to invest here. We have had much bad news here recently with several major firms announcing redundancies, but the fact that 900 new jobs have been announced at least provides some element of positivity.”
