Aaron McIntyre said: “This is yet another blow to the already weakened construction industry in Northern Ireland. With the economic downturn too many firms are finding it hard to balance their books and the £1.4m pre-tax loss in the past economic year for Bow Homes is worrying news.
“I hope that the administrators are able to rescue Bow Homes, in the hope that no compulsory redundancies are necessary, as any job losses would have a devastating impact on the local economy. The Northern Ireland construction and development sector continues to be badly affected by the economic downturn and the subsequent fall in house prices and tighter lending restrictions from banks.”
