Kieran McCarthy MLA said: “I am shocked that somebody would carry out such a crime in what is normally a very quiet village.
“I know the area well and people are very concerned that it has happened here.
“I hope that the member of staff who got caught up in this robbery will be able to get over what must have been a traumatic experience.
“If anybody has any information about this robbery then I would urge them to contact the police. The people who carried out this crime are obviously very dangerous individuals who have no regard for the well being of others.”
