McCarthy extends sympathies to families of helicopter crash

Alliance Chief Whip Kieran McCarthy MLA has extended his sympathies to the families of the three men who died in a helicopter crash on Saturday afternoon. The helicopter took off from Enniskillen and crashed in the Mournes at about 16:00.

Kieran McCarthy MLA said: “I was very saddened to hear of this tragedy.

“My thoughts and sympathies go out to the families of these three men at what must be a traumatic time for them.

“I hope that the air accident investigators are able to quickly identify the cause of the crash to give some closure to the families.”
