Chris Lyttle MLA said: “This is a shocking attack on two young teenagers and I am disgusted it has taken place in Dundonald.
“It is not acceptable that teenagers walking home from a night out have been targeted in this way. Parents do not need this extra worry when their children are out with friends.
“This type of yobbish behaviour is not wanted on our streets. The culprits must be caught and dealt with before the courts. I would appeal for anyone with information to contact the PSNI as soon as possible.”
