Alliance East Belfast MLA Chris Lyttle and MP Naomi Long have welcomed the investment by Kana Software Ltd of £7m in Belfast which will result in 107 jobs being created.
Chris Lyttle MLA said: “This is the second high skill jobs announcement in as many days following investment by Software Quality Systems. Companies around the world now see the potential of our highly skilled workforce.
“We must ensure that all levels of government are working in a joined up manner to ensure we have everything in place to be able attract more companies to invest here.”
Naomi Long MP said: “This is excellent news for the local as well as the wider Northern Ireland economy. These are challenging economic times and so every new job created is to be welcomed.
“This announcement is further proof that international companies view Northern Ireland as a good place to do business and I hope that it will help build momentum in a growing sector.”
