Cllr Neil Kelly said: “I am very concerned by the injuries sustained by this teenage boy.
“I hope he will be able to make a full recovery following this incident.
“It is very important that the Police are able to find out what happened to this teenager. I would urge whoever drove him to the hospital to get in touch with the Police to help them in their investigation so that they can resolve this incident.”
