Cllr Neil Kelly said: “I am sickened and disgusted by those who continue to believe in the use of violence and intimidation on our streets. The people of Antrim want these attacks to end, they do not support the mindless thugs who leave pipe bombs in residential streets.
“There were young children in the house who could have been seriously injured or worse if this device had exploded.
“If anybody has any information about this device then they should contact the police. These people must be stopped before a life is lost.”
