Local Councillor Maíre Hendron said: “This must have been a particularly harrowing experience for the staff who were there at the time. My thoughts are with them as they come to terms with and recover from this ordeal.
“These thugs need to be caught and must face the full rigours of the law. This despicable incident has shocked the community in the area.
“Anyone who can help police to catch the perpetrators has a duty to contact them immediately.”
