David Ford MLA said: “I would like to extend the support and solidarity of the Alliance Party to these two DUP members. All politicians must unequivocally condemn these death threats.
“It is unacceptable that death threats have been issued against two political representatives.
“Any threat to a political representative is an attack on democracy. The threats, intimidation and attacks that we have seen against members of my party as well as those of the DUP and Sinn Fein must stop now.”
