The meeting came after the Budget Bill passed its second stage yesterday (Wednesday), the latest stage in attempting to implement the Agreement.
“Whilst the Budget Bill passing its second stage has bought us some more time, there is no point in having that time unless it is going to be used effectively,” said the Alliance MLA.
“At today’s meeting I saw no sign of the other parties being willing to engage in any real effort to resolve the crisis.
“While they continue to waste the time instead of using it constructively, they are slowly sleepwalking towards the collapse of the public services we were all elected to deliver.”
