Stewart Dickson MLA said: “I am deeply saddened that another life has been lost on our roads. I would like to extend my sympathies to the family and friends of this young man.
“I would urge all road users to take extra precautions when on the road.
“We must do more to ensure that no more lives are needlessly lost on our roads. Even one death on our roads is one too many. We must share the road to zero.”
