The MLA said that he has received complaints about inconsistent departure and arrival times, particularly of morning express services, and about the number of people standing in carriages:
Stewart Dickson MLA said: “I had a full discussion last week with a senior Translink official, who assured me that the company are well aware of these issues and are making efforts to resolve them.
“This includes a desire to introduce six-carriage trains onto the line at peak times as soon as possible.
“I will monitor developments with interest and work to ensure that these issues are resolved.”
