Stewart Dickson MLA said: “I would like to offer my condolences to the family and friends of these two women. My thoughts go out to them at this difficult and sad time for them.
“These deaths have shocked their local community, who I am sure will offer the much needed support that the families will require.
“Any death is extremely hard on a family but it must be even more troubling that these two women died in a foreign country far from home.”
