Carrickfergus was awarded second place in the Large Town category and Whitehead received third place in the Community Rail Halt category.
Stewart Dickson MLA said: “I would like to extend my congratulations to all those involved in winning these awards.
“They have enhanced the Borough’s surroundings and have created beautiful displays that are enjoyed by its residents. Attractive floral displays are also enjoyed by tourists and so the Ulster in Bloom initiative plays a critical role in bringing people and investment to the Borough.
“I want to thank all the Council staff whose hard work, determination and creativity has produced such fantastic entries and led to these successes.”
