Dickson condemns those who left pipe bomb outside the house of a police officer’s parents

Alliance Justice Spokesperson Stewart Dickson MLA has condemned those who left a pipe bomb outside the house of the parents of a serving police officer in Drumleck Drive in Derry on Sunday night. The device do not explode.

Stewart Dickson MLA said: “There was never any justification for a pipe bomb attack like this in the past and there is still no justification for it today or in the future.

“I would call on those behind this pipe bomb to stop their actions. The public do not want this violence on the streets.

“If anybody has any information about this pipe bomb then I would urge them to contact the police.”
