Stewart Dickson said: “I am deeply saddened that two families this week have lost a loved one through the evil actions of others.
“I would like to pass on my condolences to the family and friends of this man.
“The people responsible for this murder are callous and cold-blooded individuals. They must be urgently apprehended by the authorities to face justice before the courts. I would urge anybody with any information about this murder to contact the police.”
