Stewart Dickson MLA said: “I am appalled at this incident. This must have been an extremely distressing incident and my thoughts are with the man who found these devices.
“The whole community is shocked at this news. The callous nature of this incident is deeply troubling. I appeal to anyone with information on this to contact police immediately to help them with their investigation.”
