Judith Cochrane MLA said: “Having a healthy lifestyle is so important and making a change in what you do and what you eat can make so much of a difference.
“I am very pleased to be taking part in this scheme and if it helps raise awareness and helps get people thinking about their lifestyle it will have been a success. Having a hectic lifestyle doesn’t make it any easier but even taking small steps can have a big impact.
“I am taking the challenge and I would strongly encourage others to think about how they can improve their health.
“I know it’s difficult to make changes like this and I am going to face many tasty temptations in the coming weeks, but I am looking forward to this challenge.”
