Judith Cochrane MLA said: “I am shocked and outraged at this gun attack. I do not know what type of a person could carry out such a despicable crime.
“The people responsible are obviously very dangerous individuals. They are offering nothing to our society.”
Cllr Laura McNamee who lives by said: “I am disgusted by this attack in a residential area. I am just glad that no one was hurt. Somebody could have been seriously injured or worse.
“The people responsible must be stopped and brought before the courts so I would urge anybody with any information about this attack to contact the police.”
