Bradshaw condemns University Street sex attack

South Belfast Alliance MLA Paula Bradshaw has called for public assistance for the police following reports of a sexual assault in the University Street area.

Ms Bradshaw said: “I am deeply concerned to learn of the alleged attack on University Street.

“It is not appropriate to speculate on the motive or the perpetrator at this time and I would encourage anybody who was in the area last night to come forward to PSNI.

“My thoughts are with the victim at this very difficult time.”
