“In this digital age most of us are used to making online applications for a variety of things. While I warmly welcome this initiative to make it possible to apply online for a Blue Badge, I wonder why it took so long to identify a solution to the processing backlog? I hope that people find the online application easy to use in order to speed up their individual applications to keep them on the road.”
