Castlereagh Alliance Councillor, Michael Long, has condemned a petrol bomb attack in Braeside Grove in the early hours of the morning. A man and woman in their 20s have escaped injury in the attack when the petrol bomb hit the front door of the house and shattered a pane of glass.
Councillor Long said, “I utterly condemn this violent attack and am only relieved that no-one has been injured on this occasion. I would appeal with anyone with information about the incident to contact the Police so that those behind the attack can be brought to justice. People in Castlereagh have had enough of violence and I would appeal for an end to such attacks.”
