Lo shocked at South Belfast pipe bomb attack

Alliance South Belfast MLA Anna Lo has expressed her shock after a pipe bomb exploded at a house on Melrose Street in South Belfast on Friday night. Nobody was hurt in the explosion.

Anna Lo MLA said: “I am shocked that somebody would put lives at risk by carrying out such an attack. We should just be thankful that nobody was hurt.

“The people responsible have no regard for the well being of others.

“If anybody has any information about this pipe bomb attack then I would urge them to contact the police.”
