Cllr Judith Cochrane, who is one of the two Alliance candidate in the forthcoming Assembly elections in East Belfast said: “I noticed that motorists were swerving to avoid these large potholes and was concerned that this could result in an accident.
“I contacted Roads Service and am delighted that they were immediately able to action my request to make repairs in the area. I would urge constituents to let us know if there are further problems in their areas so that the roads can be made safer in advance of the next cold spell.”
