Alliance East Antrim representative Cllr Stewart Dickson has congratulated police on a large drugs seizure of cannabis and cocaine in Newtownabbey. Three men were also arrested in the operation.
Cllr Stewart Dickson said: “I would like to pass on my congratulations for yet another successful operation to take drugs off our streets. Their strategy to tackle this issue in the East Antrim area appears to be working very effectively.
“The more drugs that are taken off our streets, the safer our community is.
“The police also needs the public’s help in tackling this issue, so I would urge anybody with any information about the illegal drugs trade
