Sean Hagan said: “This was a disgusting attack on a person at the home. People should be able to feel completely safe at their home and this must have been a terrible ordeal for the victim.
“Two young women were in the house when the attacked took place and it must have been horrific to experience something like that.
“We need all illegal guns taken off our streets now. Anyone with information on this attack should come forward and help police catch those involved.”
