Cllr Billy Webb said: “I would condemn those behind this shooting. There is no justification for bringing guns and violence onto our streets.
“I am only glad nobody was injured or worse during this incident. This gunman obviously has no respect for the lives of other people.
“I would urge anybody with any information about this attack to contact the police.”
