The offices of PIPS – located on the Antrim Road – were ransacked over the weekend, with a number of computers stolen.
Councillor Nuala said: “It is extremely disappointing that an organisation that provides vital support for so many has been targeted in such a way.
“I completely condemn those behind this attack and I know I am joined by the whole community in offering any support needed in order to get affected services up and running again.
“I would urge anyone with information to contact the PSNI as soon as possible.”
