Chris Lyttle MLA said: “The public and local business leaders are fed up with the continuous sham fights between the DUP and Sinn Fein. We need to see genuine leadership from all our politicians instead of these headline grabbing comments that are just about winning votes.
“I do not share Gerry Kelly’s analysis of power sharing. There isn’t anything wrong with the devolved institutions, it is certain people who hold office that are causing the problems.
“While all this is happening, the two Alliance Ministers, Stephen Farry and David Ford are continuing to work with other members of the Executive on a range of issues such as apprenticeships and reducing reoffending rates for prisoners.
“Business leaders have called for politicians to show some maturity and demonstrate better leadership to help grow our economy – it is time all political leaders showed this.”
