Lo condemns South Belfast petrol bomb attack

Alliance South Belfast MLA, Anna Lo, has condemned those responsible for a petrol bomb attack on a house in Agra Street in South Belfast on Tuesday night. One man was inside the house at the time but was unhurt. It caused minor scorch damage to the property. A brick was also thrown, breaking a window.

Anna Lo MLA said: “There is no justification for this attack. We should be able to live in our own homes without the fear of this sort of incident.

“The people responsible have no regards for the wellbeing of other people. Somebody could have been seriously hurt or killed had this petrol bomb started a fire.

“I would urge anybody with any information about this attack to contact the Police.”
