Cllr Maire Hendron said: “This attack is completely disgraceful. Throwing petrol bombs at houses achieves nothing.
“I hope the people injured in the attack make a swift recovery.
“The police must step up patrols in this area as this attack happened a few hours after a burglary of an 82 year old’s house in the same area.
“We must not allow people to be able to get away with attacks such as this and I would urge anybody with any information about this attack to contact the police.”
