Cochrane condemns those behind vandalism of cars in East Belfast

Alliance East Belfast MLA Judith Cochrane has condemned those who vandalised ten cars in East Belfast overnight. Cars were damaged in Templemore Avenue, Dunraven Avenue, Hillsborough Parade and the Ballyhackamore area.

Judith Cochrane MLA said: “There is no place in our society for this type of mindless violence. I utterly condemn those responsible for this vandalism.

“I do not know why somebody would seek to damage cars in this way. The owners of these cars will now have to spend their weekend getting their cars repaired.

“If anybody has any information about this spate of vandalism then I would urge them to contact the police.”
